By using You Are Forever Here, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You may purchase one or more spots, add your name, an image, a message, and an optional link. You must not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without refund.
Purchases and refunds
Spots are sold for one euro each. Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law (e.g. in the EU you may have a short right to withdraw; contact us if you believe this applies).
“Forever” and availability
We intend to keep the site and your spot online for as long as we can, and to pass the project on to future generations. “Forever” reflects that intention, not a legal guarantee. We are not liable if the service is discontinued, modified, or unavailable due to technical failure, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our control.
Your content
You are responsible for what you upload (images, text, links). You must have the right to use and display it. By submitting content, you grant us the rights needed to run the service (e.g. to store, display, and back it up).
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, beyond what is required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them. For questions, use the Contact page.
